Current Job Posting:  Parts Representative

Key Responsibilities and Functions

  • Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
  • Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
  • Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
  • Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing orders in proper locations
  • Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
  • Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Manager
  • Follows Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Will need to develop product knowledge base across multiple brands

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Agricultural equipment experience an asset
  • High School diploma
  • Merchandising experience an asset
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office
  • Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
  • Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must demonstrate a clear focus on prioritization of tasks
  • Must have the ability to recognize opportunity to develop solutions and make recommendations based on customers’ needs
  • Ability to work evening and weekends
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid Driver’s License

Current Job Posting:  Service Technician

As a Service Technician you will:

  • Perform basic diagnostic and repairs on agricultural, turf and Ag Management Solutions Provide customers with excellent customer service
  • Participate in service training programs required for the development of mechanical skills and equipment knowledge
  • Maintain knowledge of John Deere and other product manufacture’s supported by dealership
  • Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
  • Track time spent on service projects and material used in performing the mechanical service.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment
  • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment
  • Works independently or in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to maintain or upgrade technical skills when training is necessary
  • Valid Driver’s license required
  • Basic computer skills required
